What is it

Altered Graph.it is a tool where the plan is a goal graph (declarative model) linked to working snapshots of tasks and execution facts.

Declarative plan

One set of goals and criteria for all roles. Goals are fixed in YAML and versioned. Short definitions: intent — plan/intention/goal architecture; meaning — priority/context/why.

Execution snapshots

CSV/XLSX with tasks and statuses by date. These are snapshots of reality, not bureaucracy. View them over time and link to goals.

Change diff

Track changes: what was added, what was removed, what was rethought. Diff by date, scenarios and roles. The plan is rebuilt like code: currently via edits and snapshot/CLI reload; auto‑rebuild from diffs — on the roadmap.
